Overview

This Refund Policy explains CutestBaeGoals, LLC's (“CutestBaeGoals”) policy on returns and refunds for goods purchased through www.cutestbaegoals.com. We may update this Policy at any time by posting the updated version on this page; your continued use of the Site means you accept the current version.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 35 days of purchase. After that window, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Gift cards, downloadable products, intimate items, sale or clearance items, and items marked “as-is” are not eligible for return — these are flagged as non-returnable during checkout.

To complete a return, we'll need proof of purchase, such as your receipt or packing slip.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we'll email you to confirm we've received it, and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 10 days. If a refund isn't approved, we'll explain why, and you can choose to have the item shipped back to you (shipping and handling charges may apply).

Missing or Late Refunds

If you haven't received an approved refund yet, first check with your bank or card provider — refunds are sometimes submitted but take time to post. If it's still missing after that, email us at info@cutestbaegoals.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival — unused, unwashed, and unworn. We don't offer exchanges for fit, and exchanges are limited to the same item in the same color and size. To request one, email info@cutestbaegoals.com and include a note identifying the item as an “exchange,” then send it to:

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient receives a gift card for the value of the return, sent once we receive the item. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift-giver rather than the recipient, the refund goes to the gift-giver.

Shipping Returns

To return or exchange a product, send it to CutestBaeGoals, LLC (Attention: Refunds), P.O. Box 16821, Milwaukee, WI 53216. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable; postage-due returns will have the owed amount deducted from any refund. For items valued at $75 or more, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance — we can't guarantee we'll receive a returned item that isn't tracked.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. Customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are set by the destination country and are outside our control.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy, and any dispute arising from it, is governed by the internal laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any legal proceeding relating to this Policy will be brought exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Wisconsin, and you waive any objection to that venue.

Miscellaneous

Any claim you may have relating to the Site or a purchase must be brought within one year of when it arises. Our failure to enforce any part of this Policy isn't a waiver of it. We may assign our rights under this Policy at any time without notice, and we're entitled to recover costs and attorneys' fees in enforcing it.
