These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase made through www.cutestbaegoals.com from CutestBaeGoals, LLC (“CutestBaeGoals,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms along with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we're not obligated to accept it, and we may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product availability, an error in pricing or description, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without notice — the price charged is the one shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners; we don't store your full card details ourselves.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address, in line with the tax laws of your state or country.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery can be affected by your location, carrier delays, and customs processing.

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to you. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at info@cutestbaegoals.com and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

International Orders

Customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees on international orders are set by the destination country, are the buyer's responsibility, and are not included in the item price or shipping cost shown at checkout.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order — we're able to make changes only before an order has shipped.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from a purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
