Agreement to Terms

Thank you for visiting CutestBaeGoals, LLC (“CutestBaeGoals,” “we,” or “us”) at www.cutestbaegoals.com (the “Site”), built on Shopify, Inc.'s e-commerce platform. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, form a binding agreement between you and CutestBaeGoals. By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or submitting personal information through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the change on this page, effective immediately upon posting. It's your responsibility to check back periodically — continued use of the Site means you accept the current Terms.

Aside from personal information (governed by our Privacy Policy), anything you send us through the Site — comments, suggestions, feedback — grants CutestBaeGoals a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our products, with no obligation to compensate you or keep it confidential. We may remove or decline to use any submission at our discretion.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using a username that infringes someone's trademark, copyright, or other rights, or that contains offensive content
  • Submitting obscene, threatening, harassing, or defamatory content
  • Attempting to compromise the Site — hacking, malware, phishing, spamming, or similar activity

  • Framing or deep-linking into the Site

Compliance With Law

You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws when using the Site, and not to use any products purchased through it for an unlawful purpose.

This Site is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13; if you believe we have, please contact us.

Availability of Goods

We may limit sales of our products to certain people, regions, or quantities, and may discontinue a product or change pricing at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order — including orders that appear, in our judgment, to be placed by resellers or distributors, or that share a name, account, card, or address with another restricted order. Typographical Errors. We try to keep the Site accurate, but it may contain errors, and we don't warrant that its content is complete or error-free.

Governing Law & Venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and you waive any objection to that venue.
